Anti-Spam Policy

We do not allow this website, or anything on it, to be promoted through unsolicited bulk email or any other unsolicited bulk messaging. The rule covers our staff, our contractors and anyone else acting for us.

Who we are

Estuary Desk is a brand of Redhead Digital Agency FZCO, IFZA Business Park, DDP, Premises 40073-001, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE (IFZA licence 40073). The company is the controller of the data described in our Privacy Policy.

What we send

We write to the owners and editors of websites to propose a paid editorial placement that fits their site. In that exchange we are the buyer: we are asking to pay for space, not advertising a product to the recipient.

  • Each email is written for one named recipient and one website.
  • Each email names the person who sent it and the company behind it.
  • Each email says where we found the recipient's contact details.
  • Each email includes a way to unsubscribe.

What we never do

  • Buy, rent or scrape mailing lists, or sell or rent contact data to others.
  • Send one message to a list of recipients.
  • Send consumer marketing or run a newsletter from this domain.
  • Run affiliate, referral or reseller schemes, or pay anyone per lead or per reply to send email for us.

Where contact details come from

Business contact details come from public sources, such as a site's own contact or “write for us” page, WHOIS records or a professional profile, or from you when you reply to us or use a form on this site. Our Privacy Policy describes this in full.

How to stop our emails

  • Use the unsubscribe link in any email from us. Your address is removed immediately.
  • Enter your address in the opt-out form on our home page. That also takes effect immediately.
  • Reply to any of our emails with “unsubscribe” or simply “no”. You do not need to give a reason.
  • Write to info@estuarydesk.com. Requests made this way are handled within 3 business days.

Every address that opts out, complains or bounces goes onto a suppression list shared across our company. It is not contacted again from any of our domains.

Enforcement

A member of staff or contractor who breaks this policy is removed from outreach work. A third party who breaks it loses its agreement with us.

Reporting

If you received an email from us that you did not want, forward it with its full headers to one of the addresses below. We look into every report and reply to it.
